By accessing or using Repetrax (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Repetrax for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the flashcard decks and content you create. By uploading content, you grant Repetrax a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Third-Party Imports

When you import content from YouTube or Anki, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content. Repetrax is not liable for copyright claims arising from imported content.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep Repetrax available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or harm resulting from your use of the Service.
